I’m a marketing leader with 22+ years of experience driving strategy, communications, and brand growth across leadership development, financial services, hospitality, tourism, and software. I’m fueled by storytelling, strong relationships, and helping organizations grow in ways that are smart, sustainable, and aligned with their long-term vision.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication from The Ohio State University, where I built the foundation for a career centered on clear messaging and meaningful audience connection.

Throughout my career, I’ve led in-house marketing functions, owning everything from brand strategy and campaign development to social media, video production, and design. That hands-on, inside-the-business perspective keeps me grounded in what actually drives results—not just what looks good on paper.

 

Through All of the Above Marketing LLC, I partner with founder-led and growth-minded teams as a fractional marketing leader. I step in to clarify positioning, build practical and executable marketing plans, launch campaigns, and create the assets that bring strategy to life. I’m comfortable moving seamlessly between big-picture thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution, and I’m fluent in tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite. I take on a select number of clients each quarter to ensure focused attention, strict confidentiality, and conflict-free engagements.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to Keenan and Reagan and most warm weekends you’ll find me cheering them on at the golf course. I’m married to Pat, and we’re grateful for the strong, supportive community we call home.
